24-hour notice
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives MBSFit a reasonable opportunity to offer that time to another client.
Late cancellations
A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the scheduled fee. For Reconnect, the session counts as used, with no additional charge.
No-shows
A missed appointment without notice is charged the full scheduled fee. For Reconnect, the session counts as used, with no additional charge.
Emergencies
Genuine emergencies may be considered at Tamey's discretion. Please communicate as soon as you reasonably can. Service-specific agreements and informed-consent documents provided when care begins control if they differ from this public policy.
