These terms govern your use of mbsfitwellness.com. They do not replace the agreements and informed-consent documents provided when services begin.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using mbsfitwellness.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “MBSFit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MBSFit, LLC and Tamey Greene, as applicable.

2. The website is informational

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, crisis care, or a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Reading the website, using a link, requesting information, or sending a message does not create a therapist-client, practitioner-client, coaching, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship begins only after eligibility and fit are determined and the required agreements and informed-consent documents are completed.

4. Services, licensure, and location

MBSFit offers distinct service categories, including whole-person wellness and mental-health counseling. The scope, purpose, legal status, and documentation for each service may differ.

Mental-health therapy is provided by Tamey Greene, MA, LMHCA, CIMHP, U.S. Navy Veteran, a Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate, license #MC60563924, working under approved supervision. Therapy may be provided only when legally and professionally permitted, including applicable client-location requirements. Website availability does not mean every service is available in every state or jurisdiction.

5. No guarantee of results

Every person, history, goal, and response to support is different. Testimonials, examples, descriptions of possible outcomes, and educational content do not promise or guarantee a particular result. You remain responsible for your decisions, participation, and use of information, subject to the responsibilities described in any professional service agreement.

6. Scheduling, fees, cancellations, and service agreements

Scheduling, fees, payment, insurance or reimbursement, cancellations, refunds, communication boundaries, telehealth requirements, and other service-specific terms will be explained before services begin. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding the professional service, the signed service agreement controls.

Unless a signed service agreement states otherwise, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is charged 50% of the scheduled fee, and a no-show without notice is charged the full scheduled fee. Within the Reconnect program, a session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice is counted as used. Genuine emergencies may be considered at MBSFit’s discretion.

7. Appropriate use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with website security, performance, or availability
  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or relationship with MBSFit

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, organization, educational materials, and original content are owned by or licensed to MBSFit, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print limited content for personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without written authorization.

9. Third-party websites and tools

The website may link to scheduling systems, client portals, professional resources, social platforms, or other third-party services. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, product, security practice, or policy on that service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

10. Website availability and disclaimers

MBSFit works to provide accurate and useful information but does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for every purpose. Content may be corrected, updated, suspended, or removed at any time. The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBSFit, LLC and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from access to or use of the public website or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the public website will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
