Tamey Greene, Wellness Practitioner and Mental Health Associate Counselor

Professional expertise. Lived experience. Individualized support.

Why Tamey?

I didn't get into this work because I had myself figured out.

Quite the opposite.

I got into personal growth and development because I was trying to fix myself.

For much of my life, I'd been told—in one way or another—that I was too much. So I went looking for answers.

That search became years of personal growth, education, training, and professional experience. It helped me grow and evolve—but it also taught me something I didn't expect:

I was never broken.

There wasn't one magical thing that “fixed” me. Different things helped at different times, and what I needed changed as I changed.

That's now at the heart of MBSFit:

What worked for me may not be what works for you.

You have your own history, body, experiences, challenges, strengths, and hopes for your life.

You deserve support that's as individual as you are.

I've sat in doctors' offices trying to explain symptoms I couldn't explain. I've cried out of frustration and overwhelm. I've looked in the mirror and wondered, What happened to me?

So when you tell me something doesn't feel right, I'll listen.

You don't have to convince me. You don't have to explain it perfectly. And you don't have to know what kind of help you need.

We'll figure that out together.

I'll bring the education, experience, skills, tools, curiosity—and probably some humor.

You bring you.

I'm not here to give you my formula.

I'm here to help you find what works for you.

The person determines the approach. Not the other way around.

The work behind my work.

My approach didn’t come from one degree, one certification, or one way of thinking. I’ve spent years studying the mind, body, human behavior, physical wellness, spirituality, and the places where science and the metaphysical meet.
