Wellness Session
60 minutes | $175 | One on one | Whole person support
You do not have to be in crisis to need support.
Maybe you are stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck, going through a transition, or just know that something feels off. Maybe you have been doing all the things you are “supposed” to do and still do not feel like yourself. Or maybe there is one area of your life you are ready to change, but you are not quite sure where to start.
That is exactly what this session is for.
A Wellness Session gives you 60 minutes to slow down, talk about what is really going on, and look at the bigger picture.
Rather than focusing on just one symptom or one part of your life, we look at you as a whole person: your mind, body, emotions, relationships, stress, habits, environment, sense of purpose, and the everyday demands that may be affecting how you feel.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Bring what is going on. We will start there.
Together, we may explore:
- What is taking the most out of you right now
- Where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of balance
- Patterns or habits that may no longer be working for you
- What your mind and body may be asking for more or less of
- What you actually want to feel different
- Practical changes that feel realistic for your life
- Resources, strategies, and next steps that can help you move forward
Depending on your needs, your session may also incorporate mindfulness, stress reduction, emotional regulation, lifestyle education, Clinical EFT, mind body practices, or other wellness tools within my scope of practice.
Our goal is greater clarity about what is happening, what matters most right now, and practical next steps you can actually use.
What this session is not
A Wellness Session is a nonclinical wellness service. It is not psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, crisis intervention, or medical treatment.
You do not need a diagnosis to schedule one. You do not need to commit to an ongoing program. And you do not need to have everything figured out before you come in.
If what you are experiencing would be better supported through mental health counseling, medical care, or another professional service, I will tell you. Part of whole person care is recognizing when another kind of support would serve you better.
Sometimes you need someone to sit down with you, look at the whole picture, and help you figure out what comes next.
That is what this session is for.
